2.4 Age Verification Process

Account Registration

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. tk bajee strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other website or service. tk bajee will never contact you to request your password — any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
tk bajee accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials, or where you have shared your login details with a third party.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our commitment to safe and responsible operations, tk bajee applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before a withdrawal is processed, before a promotional bonus is credited, or at any other time at the platform's discretion. Standard KYC documents include:

5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier (for example, 30x the bonus amount) is stated clearly on every promotion page before the player opts in. Players should read wagering terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
5.2 Eligible Games
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked, while live casino games, sports bets, and other categories may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all toward clearing a specific bonus. 5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period, which begins from the time the bonus is credited to the player's account. If the wagering requirements are not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited automatically. 5.4 One Bonus Per Player
Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time per player account. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. tk bajee reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player who is found to be exploiting promotional terms or operating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
5.5 Bonus Abuse & Fraud
tk bajee actively monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players on bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, tk bajee reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the offending account without further notice.
5.6 Modifications to Promotions
tk bajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being wagered, but may affect future promotional availability for players who have not yet opted in at the time of the modification.
Wagering Example
If you receive a ৳2,000 welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of ৳60,000 across eligible games before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Always check individual promotion pages for the exact requirement applicable to each offer.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on tk bajee are subject to these general rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that specific market.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only confirmed and binding once tk bajee's system has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed during a technical error, system outage, or data feed disruption may be voided at the platform's discretion. tk bajee reserves the right to refuse or limit bets from any player, at any time, without being required to state a reason, in accordance with standard sportsbook operations.
6.2 Errors & Mispriced Odds
Occasionally, odds or game parameters may be displayed incorrectly due to a technical or data feed error. tk bajee reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds. Players who deliberately exploit known pricing errors may have their accounts suspended. Where possible, affected players will be notified promptly and their stake returned.
6.3 Match & Event Integrity
tk bajee operates a strict match integrity and anti-corruption policy. Any player found to be involved in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity designed to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event or casino game will have their account closed immediately and all funds forfeited. tk bajee cooperates with relevant authorities and integrity bodies including the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit where required.
6.4 Casino Game Fairness
All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games available on tk bajee use independently certified random number generation systems. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studio environments operated by providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Account Suspension & Closure
tk bajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Equally, players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your tk bajee account, contact the support team at the email address provided in the footer of this page. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension
tk bajee may suspend or restrict an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed. 7.4 Balance on Closure
On closure of an account — whether voluntary or platform-initiated — any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to tk bajee. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk bajee's total aggregate liability to any player — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.5 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
tk bajee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if tk bajee has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
8.6 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players agree that any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through the dispute resolution procedure set out by tk bajee support.
